Using the Resmed machine is simple. The thing you should consider is getting a proper mask. I had to try at least 3 masks but when I found the mask that is right for me, everything gets comfortable.
I am getting quality sleep now which is what it promises to provide, so I am happy with that. I used to call the technician to help me with the settings but I found some videos in Youtube. They basically explained everything there so I recommend watching those videos too. Overall, my quality of sleep has improved a lot, thanks to this APAP machine.

It is very quiet, and I do not get colds unlike with my old machine. I just don’t like that the water goes fast every night? I upgraded back to Resmed. I used to use cheaper brands because I was looking at saving money, but I was never happy with my therapy. With Resmed especially this machine, It’s very quiet, like I am not using a CPAP machine, and the mask I am using too from Resmed is very comfortable. It may be more expensive but I can guarantee that it’s worth every penny!

Unfortunately, the delivery was not labelled as a CPAP device (breathing apparatus), so a tax of 15% (129 CAD) was triggered by their declaration (do remembe to ask for the appropriate declaration specifically!!).
Also be aware that Resmed does not include the heated Climateline, nor the SDHC card to record the sleep data. Got a cheap micro SD card with SDHC adapter at the local pharmacy which works fine.
This is my second Airsense 10 and I like the device.
Note that the pneumatic air pump can go wrong and may start to make a loud weezing noise, which happened to me after 4 years.
For instructions how to access the therapeutic menu, look online on Youtube. Easy to do, but where possible, talk to your therapist to do it for you.
