Delivery is by UPS Mail Innovations (delivered by your local post office) or by Express Courier (DHL) and usually takes between 2-10 days from dispatch depending on your location

All orders ship from our warehouse located in Las Vegas, NV USA.

Shipment tracking numbers will be automatically emailed to you upon dispatch.

***Please note our courier requires a physical street address, we cannot ship to PO Boxes/PO Lockers. Somebody must be present to sign for the delivery***

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We will ship to any country in the world with the exception of the following countries:

We also include GST Exemption codes for medical devices on all Invoices, exempting the order from GST or duty.

However we are ultimately not responsible for duty/GST customs may decide to apply.

How much are taxes and duties when shipping to my country and who pays?

The buyer or customer is responsible for determining, managing and paying all taxes and duties associated with our transaction. We will not pay and cannot quote taxes and duties.

Our delivery partner (DHL) will contact you if you have duties & taxes payable before delivery.

What type of power supply does my CPAP need?

Most CPAP/APAP machines are designed to operate on both AC and DC voltage 100-240 Volts, meaning you only require a power adapter to use the device and plug into your country’s socket.

Are there customs or import restrictions to my country?

We are not responsible for any import restrictions imposed by your country’s customs, it is the responsibility of the customer to check with your local customs office before ordering regarding the import of CPAP equipment or medical devices for personal use.

All returns due to customs issues are subject to return shipping fees and product restocking fees before refunds are provided.
